Hello hello! I am *physically wiggly* with excitement to have found your blog. My name on paper is Hyde, I'm a writer in Minnesota, and in 2015, I had what ended up being the first vagina-preserving phalloplasty since Les Nichols in the 1980s.
I've recently had a book published by Microcosm Publishing, titled "Bigenital Revolution," as a sort of 101 about the process. Since the book was released last March, I'm thrilled to have learned SO MUCH about the ways other altersex people exist-- heck, that "altersex" was even a word at all!
It's taken me a while to find y'all, but I'm hoping not to be such a good hermit anymore, haha.
I'm not online very often, for my own health-- but you can rest assured your nullo blog is now at the top of my To Read list! ✨️
It’s so lovely to meet you! Thank you so much for the kind words…you just made my week. This week I’ve been working on migrating my bottom surgery resource website to a new domain. Looking forward to finishing soon and continuing the series here! :)
I just read this first article, and I had to set my phone aside for a moment and just let "the feels," as the kids say nowadays, wash over me.
You've gone and done what I longed to do with my own surgery info website, now a decade ago-- provide a comprehensive information database about *all* known surgery techniques, not just my own personal tiny corner of the map.
I cannot applaud loudly enough to express the sheer *depths* of my gratitude. This database of yours is my prayer from long ago, answered at last. 💗
Thank you so much for your kind words! 🥹❤️🔥 I do this work because the most important thing folks like us need to know is that they are not alone. You’re not broken, wrong, or unlovable The whole process of becoming your true self really does take a village. Over the past year, I’ve put my heart and soul into doing everything possible to show the way for the next person so they never have to feel as scared and alone as I did in the beginning. Last year, a couple websites and X had the only reliable information I could find about how to get bottom surgery as a nonbinary person.
https://bottomsurgery.info is the 100% free public first iteration of that work. This Substack is where I will be taking everything further.
